We would like to point out that at events (virtual or on site), a service provider commissioned by e-mobil BW GmbH (event organiser) or a potential co-organiser (e.g. photographer, film crew) and/or employees of the organisers may take photographs, make video or audio recordings for the purposes of documentation, press and public relations, and for publication in various media (e.g. websites, radio, television, print, social media, etc.). Publication without restriction in terms of time and space is carried out by e-mobil BW GmbH and its cooperation partners (e.g. state ministries) due to legitimate interests in the context of press and public relations work. You can revoke the processing, use and storage of your data at any time with effect for the future in accordance with Art. 21 Paragraph 1 GDPR. You can inform the service provider (e.g. photographer, film team) or the moderator (for digital events) directly at the event.
The event provides knowledge that is necessary for the works council's duties. Leave of absence is granted in accordance with Section 37 (2) in conjunction with Section 40 of the German Works Constitution Act (BetrVG).
