The state agency e-mobil BW GmbH endeavors to make its websites accessible in accordance with Section 10 (1) of the State Disability Equality Act (L-BGG).

This accessibility statement applies to all websites of the state agency e-mobil BW GmbH.

The website of the state agency e-mobil BW is partially compliant with the requirements of Section 10 (1) L-BGG. There is content that makes it difficult for people with disabilities to access information.

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

Incompatibility with Section 10 (1) L-BGG

• Images posted after September 23, 2019, as only partial alternative texts
• Graphics posted after September 23, 2019, as only partial alternative texts and insufficient usability via assistive technologies 
• Tables posted after September 23, 2019, as they are insufficiently usable with assistive technologies
• Embedded videos may refer to videos that do not provide subtitles
• Links that lead to documents or websites outside the State Agency's websites
• Information about the website in German sign language and easy language is missing

3. Creation of this accessibility statement

This statement was created on August 9, 2021.

In accordance with Section 4 (2) (1) of the L-BGG Implementation Ordinance (DVO), e-mobil BW carried out a self-assessment for the purpose of creating this statement. Findings from an audit report by the Monitoring Agency for Media Accessibility in February 2024 were also incorporated into the creation of this accessibility statement.

The statement was last reviewed on July 4, 2025.
